TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following terms:
- I retain full rights to all commissioned artworks and therefore maintain the right to post completed works to social media or as examples for future commissions if I choose (you can, however, request for me to keep it private).- You may post your commissioned piece anywhere as long as I am properly credited.- You may NOT use commissioned work for profit.- You may NOT use commissioned work for anything related to NFTs/cryptocurrencies/AI.- I have a right to turn down a commission.
COMMISSION PROCESS- Payment is made upfront via PayPal invoice or KoFi- I will send WIP shots of the process to indicate progress and to allow for any minor adjustment requests before completion.- Provide reference material such as illustrations of the character(s) and specific information about how you want the piece to look and be formatted.- Allow up to four weeks to complete
